ALWAYS give credit where credit is due
Giving credit . . .  'tis common courtesy . . .    When tombstone or cemetery photos are "borrowed" from findagrave, please remember to give credit to findagrave as the source for the image . . . as well as acknowledging the time and work of the volunteer who took the photo by including the name of the photographer along with the date the image was originally added to findagrave . . .    Quoting from "The Everything Guide to Online Genealogy" . . .    "A genealogist should always give credit where credit is due. Don't add someone else's family history research [or findagrave photos] to your genealogy database and represent it as your own work, or share the information without acknowledging the source. . . ."    Quoting a university librarian . . .    "Borrowed means you are at least acknowledged as the source; stolen means the user is passing it off as their own, even unintentionally. . . . To me, it is common courtesy to credit your source."    Find A Grave actually uses the word "steal," i.e. (and I quote) . . .    "Contributors will retain copyright over any photos added to Find A Grave. It will still be wrong for someone to 'steal' a photo from Find A Grave and post it [on] other websites as if it were their own."
